Short version: we keep what you type into the interest form, plus the date you sent it and whether your email domain could receive mail. Nothing else about you. We use no cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. Email info@marbellamontessoriinstitute.com and we will delete your record.
Who we are
This website and the data described below are controlled by the Marbella Montessori Institute, Calle Linda Vista 112, San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, Spain. Contact: info@marbellamontessoriinstitute.com.
When you submit the interest form
We store the fields you fill in — your name, email address, country, role, preferred language, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the free-text box — so that we can reply to you about the program.
We also record the date of your submission and whether the domain of your email address was able to receive mail when you submitted, so that we can spot a mistyped address before our reply bounces. We do not store your IP address or your browser's user-agent string.
That is the whole record. There is no profiling, no scoring, and no automated decision-making.
When you simply read the page
We count page views and how far people get through the form, because we need to know whether the site is reaching anyone. This is measured by our own site, not by an analytics company, and it deliberately stores nothing that identifies you:
- which page, and which step you reached (viewed, started the form, submitted it)
- the domain of the site that linked you here, if any — the domain only, never the full address
- your country, as reported by our hosting provider's network; country level only
- whether you are on a phone or a desktop
No cookies are set. Your IP address is not stored. Your user-agent string is not stored — it is read to tell phones from desktops and to discard traffic from bots, then discarded. Nothing links one visit to another, so this data cannot be traced back to you or used to follow you.
Who can see it
Staff of the Marbella Montessori Institute, in order to answer you. The data sits in a database operated by Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores the data on our behalf under contract; Cloudflare does not use it for its own purposes. When you submit the form, a copy of your inquiry is also sent to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider in the United States that transmits the message on our behalf under contract and does not use it for its own purposes. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We delete your inquiry 24 months after our last contact with you. That is long enough to cover the program that starts online in early 2027, its summer 2027 intensive in Marbella, and the intake after it — and no longer. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, without needing a reason.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to ask for a copy of what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@marbellamontessoriinstitute.com and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we change this page and the date at the top of it.
